Job Summary:
Manpower planning with business heads & based on that making the Annual Manpower Budget
Own the Recruitment Process from end to end (manpower planning, sourcing, and joining - on Boarding).
Maintain harmonious relation inside by positive engagement of workforce reflected and outside of
companies by regular interaction.
Sourcing, Attracting & Selecting the Talent.
Manage Performance by Identify potential, Trainings/Retraining, Annual & Mid-Year Appraisal, Job Rotation, Retention Strategy etc.
Must have experience in managing Expat Visa procurement, Tax Calculation, Coordination of their housing, benefits and compensation benchmarking.
Annual Appraisal- Designing driving methodology to ensure timely closure, Data mining & Reporting (MIS),
Appraisal HR Reviews, Normalization process.
