Position: HR Officer
Reporting to: HR/Dept MGR
Location: Chennai
Role:
HR officers have broad knowledge of human resource functions, Recruitment, Training and development, HR
Compliance, Legal & Labour laws, Factory license, Contract Labour license, Payroll, PF, ESI, P. Tax, Security,
Transport, canteen etc.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, On-boarding, Off-boarding.
Timely Coordination for Time office & Salary inputs i.e. LTA, Mediclaim, Prof. Tax, Provident Fund,
Labour Welfare Fund, Leave & Attendance system to help payroll team to process Salaries for error free disbursement.
Medical & Accidental Benefits coverage to Employees & maintain the records.
To liaise with Factory Inspector office, District Collectorate office, Taluka Panchayat office, Panchayat office and other Government offices If required.
Maintain all legal documents and ensure all license/s renewals are updated.
Statutory Compliance & HR Audit - Obtain, maintain, renewal, Submission of challans, Certificate, Licenses as per Labor & Industrial Act.
Ensure SHE (Safety Health and Environment) Measures of Factory under Factory acts.
Other Duties assigned by Superior/Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years working as HR in a Manufacturing (Factory) environment into Human Resource Dept.
Bachelor or Masters in HR/Master in Labour Welfare/IR/Personnel Management preferred
