Jr. &Senior Executive:- Machinery Department
Duties/ Responsibilities:-
I)	Preparing and presenting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on below to reporting managers and management team as and when needed
i)	Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate
ii)	Meeting regularly with clients for understanding their concerns, lead generations and business expansion
iii)	Preparing techno-commercial proposals
iv)	Understanding of Contract management
v)	Clear understanding and able to operate domestic documentations like Invoice, E-way bill, COO, COA
vi)	Understanding of export / import documentations like LC, BL, Invoice, COO,COA
vii)	Profit management against budget
viii)	Managing expenses within the budget
ix)	Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations
x)	Negotiation and finalizing the orders
xi)	Delivery management, Payment follow-ups with customers / suppliers
xii)	Maintaining healthy Customer relationship.
xiii)	Handling claims / complaints from customers / suppliers for satisfactory resolution
xiv)	Analysis & sharing the Export / Import data with Market intelligence
xv)	Good coordination and communication with intra team members India & Overseas

	1	1-3 years of experience  {Jr. Executive} 3-5 years of experience {Sr. Executive} in steel industry,how Steel, Raw materials and/or Machinery are being sold in different industry sectors						1-3 years	○
	2	Good in communication skills							○
	3	Well versed with MS office and excel							○
	4	Good analytical and organizational skill							○
	5	Knowledge of international trade preferable									○
	6	Team-building expertise							○
	7	Japanese trading firm or other trading MNC experience									○
Qualification	Bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanical / Metallurgy / Chemical ) / MBA in operations or other Master Degeer / Postgraduate
