Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for maintaining the operational continuity and availability of infrastructure (hardware, software, and cloud), servers, communications and end-user equipment that provide services to the company and users around the world (including information security infrastructures).
  • Ongoing maintenance and upgrading of operating system versions of infrastructures, servers, communications, and equipment according to the manufacturer's recommendations and cyber security requirements.
  • Ongoing support for users in fault events in infrastructure, servers, communications, and end-user equipment.
  • Design, planning, implementation and operation of new infrastructures, servers, means of communication and end equipment as far as specific or project needs arise, including planning redundancy and availability in times of emergency.
  • Managing the professional relationship with the suppliers and manufacturers of infrastructure, servers, communications, and end equipment, including the SLA management that these suppliers have committed to.
  • Complete, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation of all IT activities, including the characteristics of the infrastructure, servers, means of communication and end equipment, including architecture, topology, addresses and manner of access, user accounts and passwords, management and maintenance, versions, and backups.
  • Backing up the settings and configuration of the infrastructure, servers, communications, and end equipment in order to create the ability to restore both in routine times and in times of emergency.
  • Backing up information systems and managing periodic processes of checking and restoring backups. Documentation of these processes to the integrity status of backups.
  • Managing, documenting changes in infrastructure, means of communication, servers, and end equipment while maintaining the ability to go back.
  • Implementation of the recommendations of a manufacturer, supplier and or information security in infrastructure, communications, end equipment and cyber security systems while maintaining the operational continuity of the company's computer and communication services.
  • Active participation in planning, implementation, summary and drawing conclusions meetings that take place regularly or meetings that are scheduled ad hoc at the end of projects or in times of malfunctions and emergencies.
  • Managing the relationship with the SOC service provider together with the information security manager. Improving the SOC provider's ability to receive appropriate information effectively in order to provide appropriate responses.
  • Design and implementation of a semi-automatic capability to monitor the health and availability of infrastructure, servers and communications that provide services to the company and users around the world.
  • Alerting of redundancy, availability, and recovery risks in a timely manner and on an ongoing basis. Including providing effective recommendations on how to mitigate these risks.
  • Supporting the branches in the operation of IT and other technical suppliers that support the electrical and building infrastructure, routinely and in emergency.
- Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience operating and managing Microsoft local and cloud environments including office365 and Azure.
  • Proven experience operating and managing corporate networking, communication and cybersecurity.
