Job Description:
- New business development
- Find required facility information (W/H, Office, Transporter, Truck, Human Resources)
- Make investment plan (Calculate all related cost and recovery plan, justification)
- Study for automation machine and DX related service and whether that is profitable or not.
- Sales activity
- Based on planed new business, go customer place, and do sales activity (Quotation, Proposal, negotiation)
- Make wide relationship with customer.
- Branch management
- Achieve annual budget plan (Sales, cost control etc.)
- Invoicing (Making invoice and check correct process of account)
- Booking cost (Book all cost as per company policy on system)
- Correcting money from customer (Communicate with HQ account team and check payment condition to avoid overdue)
- Reporting to HQ as per Ho Ren So policy. (Progress, issue, accident etc.)
- Manage agreement with customer to avoid any misunderstanding and risks.
- Manage branch staff leave and execute daily work without any fail.
- Manage company asset.
- Execute operation as per new business plan (Operation design, Staff hiring, tool purchasing, Operation audit, Genba visit, monitoring truck, DSR etc.)
- Maintain 5s and safety as per policy.
- More than 7 years working experience (Manufacturing or domestic logistics related area) and had some junior staff (Japanese company experience is welcome)
- Staying near Kharkhoda.
- Have own vehicle to go other area (car is better) (Company pay some allowance as per company use distance)
- Communication language should be English.
