Position- Sales Engineer Manager
Location- Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage nationwide distributor team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned distributor and customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with technical team to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with trouble issues with technical team, and their on time resolution to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Proven work experience as Sales / Business Development Manager.
- Minimum 15 Years of Technical Sales Experience in bulk packaging, conveying, robotics industries.
- Experience managing branch office as profit center head.
- Strong knowledge of technical products related to Packaging Machinery.
- Knowledge of MS Office, basic Autocad, and basic programming skills in C and PLC.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
