The daily expenses & attendance is to be managed by the Specialist or F&A Manager in Delhi

Role Purpose
Provide technical and administrative support for the website integration project* of the entire Kuraray group covering Japan, US, Europe and ASEAN regions.
*Current 100+ websites of each entity, each product: in 2.5 years to be integrated using AEM system
Timeline: 2024 Architect system 2025-2026.6 Migrate, Convert data
After the project ends, depending on skills we can assign for 1. Website operate & update or 2. Advanced projects such as application, e-commerce.

Use whatever skills to create & check the website contents by CSM (coding is not required) upon the instructions & guidelines led by the headquarter, by hearing each counterpart’s* requirement.KPIs:

Study and understand Kuraray’s product attributes and benefits in relation to existing and new applications.

REQUIRED
Knowledge/ Experience/ Mindset
More than 3 years of experience in IT function (department).
Skills of web content authoring and photo editing.
Knowledge of HTML/ CSS for checking settings of links and tabs (coding skill not required)
Oral and written communication skills to work with IT Teams and user groups in Japan, US and Europe.
(English + know-how of global business scheme among various divisions)
Able to work precisely under the instructed targets and tasks.
Flexible and open-minded attitude to the multiple tasks that sometimes may be new.
Education/ Certifications
MS Office
PREFERRED
Knowledge/ Experience/ Mindset
Experience of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager, a web content management system) or other web content management systems.
Experience of web marketing/ e-commerce *not immediately required but will be welcomed in the future utilization of integrated website
Worked in multinational companies
Worked in other administrative units (F&A, Legal, HR etc.)
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT field
Japanese language skill (with/ without certification)
