Clients consist primarily out of global healthcare insurers, financial groups and government related institutions.



General Job description

Answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. We are looking for emphatic and professional people to serve as the first line of contact for our incoming calls.

The call center representatives are also expected to support the nurses and medical staff with administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities

•Answer in-bound calls in a professional manner

•Respond to customer inquiries whether they arrive by email or phone

•Inputting relevant information of new clients in the CRM system

•Provide customers with information regarding company's services

•Process applications, forms and orders

•Handle and resolve customer complaints that fall within the responsibility of a customer service representative

•Identify and escalate priority issues, as per escalation protocol

•Route calls appropriately

•Relay messages to appropriate company employees as needed

•Return calls as per direction of operations manager and to customers who left messages

•Follow up with customers who have called, or emailed

•Document calls and service given into our systems

•Make daily outbound calls to engage clients and to seek collaboration opportunities•Perform additional duty as per direction of call center supervisor
