Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee and manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Shipment Coordination: Track and arrange shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordination with Subcontractors: Ensure smooth operations and adherence to contractual agreements.
Customs Clearance: Handle customs clearance processes with accurate and timely documentation.
Quotations and Pricing: Create and manage quotations for clients, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Trading or Logistics industry.
Proficiency in Tamil and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience working for a Japanese company is preferred.
