Role & Responsibilities:
• Market research and analysis on potential Domestic & International market.
• Design innovative business idea development, operation flow & Execution of business flow
• Domestic business development & implementation of domestic supplier for global market
• Improvements in the sales process that enhances the value-added services.
• Coached and counselled sales team, assisting with individual task of generating business idea.
• Enhance competitiveness of our existing business and expand new customers & suppliers/vendor
• Strengthen new model biz activity (4W) & 2W Business with operational efficiency
• Utilized metrics to modify low-performing business to profitability & to increase Share of business.
• Interpreted sales and pricing policies to departmental personnel and customers.
• Attended industry shows, conventions, and other meetings with primary mission of expanding market opportunities.
• Identification of International market demand & promote domestic supplies
• Commercialization of electrification area business & new business segments introduction (parts/Spares)
• Resolved customer issues quickly to close deals and boost customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for preparation of branch budget & Monthly report to management.
• Evaluated performance against goals and implemented appropriate development plans.
• Cost saving proposal yearly basis for customers with domestic & import raw material /parts / Machinery& spare parts business.
• Ensure on time payment (AR) collection from customers
• Reviewed customer/vendor service agreements for terms and conditions pricing and accuracy.
• Maintaining lean inventory management system with control inventory
• Good knowledge in Non-Ferrous / Resin/Plastic business module etc.
• Domestic business development & implementation of domestic supplier for global market
