Business planning works on the management strategies set by the management team, involves thinking and proposing specific ways to achieve these strategies. The role does not end just at proposing a business idea or plan, but it extends by overseeing setting numerical targets and managing the progress when various plans are actually put into action, and to promote work with a constant focus on achieving targets. It is necessary to understand the contents of the business on a practical level.
Formulate business strategies and plans
Set sales activity targets and KPIs, itemizing budgets and action plans, monitoring activity performance evaluation
Examination/promotion of new business schemes
Promotion of alliances with other companies
Improve the management quality of sales companies by collaborating with the HQ and other Regional/National sales companies across the globe. Including exchange of information, proposal of business issues, communication, and reporting.

Annual, medium- and long-term business planning and KPI analysis, planning, management and promotion for business profit improvement
Forecast and actual management
Daily communication with headquarters, submission of reports, consensus building on key issues
Organize and manage the management meetings and other important meetings
Formulate key measures and plans based on market analysis/forecasting and in-depth business planning, and promote goal achievement through performance analysis and customer analysis
Cost-effectiveness analysis/evaluation of sales/marketing measures and proposal of improvement measures to improve profitability
Promote alliances with group companies as well as external companies
Propose and promote the new business creation
Preparation and reporting of documents for various management levels
Improve business quality (e.g., improve business efficiency using internal DX)
Project promotion for specially assigned projects (e.g., promotion of M&A)
Formulation and review of internal controls and authority regulations, etc.
