Attending and fixing meetings with suppliers for Merchandiser/buyers [HO member] visit in India.
Search for new category potential suppliers.
Discussion with MD about Development to dispatch
Check Samples as per the instruction given and prepare report.
After receiving order make a time action plan.
Chase Supplier for Testing parameter for production sample.
Do Inspection- inline, Midline, Final
Artwork development and check in global languages
Production hurdles discussion with MD/Buyer[HO member].
Investing About Quality issues – cause, analysis and improvement.
Make reports for quality issue received from HO.
Prepare & check Pre order files & post order files. Like CBD, T&A, Testing, Spec sheet.
Update weekly Product Development sheet.
Proposal of product to MD for new development and follow ups.
Chase supplier for ex-factory container stuffing & dispatch.
Internal Monthly meeting to Discussion about Sales increase & Quality issue.
Made Inspection Data after inspections.
Check factory frequently as per company Audit standards.
Make Weekly/Monthly schedule for daily work. And also submit Business trip reports on time whenever required.
