Experience: 2-5 years
Education Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in detailed design, development, and testing of window regulators (Single Rail, Double Rail, Frameless types).
- Strong understanding of automotive component materials and their applications
- Proficient in CATIA, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Experience with CAE tools is a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of APQP tools, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, GD&T, CAE, FEA, and QFD during the design phase.
- Familiarity with Kaizen, VA/VE, and cost optimization strategies for both new and existing products.
- Direct interaction with customers for design reviews, feedback, and requirement gathering.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 system requirements and ensuring design compliance.
- Knowledge of automotive transmission and body cable design is an added advantage.
