JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing Position will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes for Rubber transmission belt manufacturing and Plastic products for two-wheeler and four-wheeler OEM & Aftermarkets.
This position will be responsible for managing the installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities.
Duties will include maintaining machinery planning repair activities and developing maintenance procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Practical application experience of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies.
