Position-Assistant Manager/Manager/Head- Operations (Japanese Speaker)
Location- Bangalore (Open for relocation in future)
Role-
- Managing the operations of complete BtoC business model (into MLM business)
-Managing coordination and interaction with the auditors
-Ensuring and managing the compliances and legal matters along with support from consultants.
- Coordination with the head office in Japan
- Preparing documents and reports for reporting to head office (Both in English and Japanese langauge)
- Interpretation in meetings and translating mail and documents
Requirement-
-Experience of handling company operations and team management experience (exp of managing a team of atleast 20-30 ppl)
- Experience of interacting with senior officials, goverment bodies and legal consultants.
-Good understanding of legal and compliances
-Good knowledge of Japanese language. Fluent in both speaking as well in reading and writing mails.
