Job role-
*Handling complete HR and administration related work for PAN India
*Coordinating with all the outsourced vendors (payroll and taxation team, 3rd party staffing etc.)
*Handle all the core HR functions such recruitments and induction, appraisals, employee engagement and grievance handling, other HR initiatives
*Managing all the statutory compliances and employee database
*Preparation of various reports for management & overseas headquarters.
--The person will manage all the HR related activities for the company for all its branches PAN India.
Requirement-
*Good experience in handling all the core HR activities preferably in logistics or related industry. *Ability to handle PAN India operations. *Ability to take responsibility and manage tasks individually
4-10 years of experience as HR generalist in a logistics/related indiustry or Japanese MNC
Male candidate preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
