Position Title: Manager- Accounts & Finance
Age: 35~45 years Max
Qualification: Post Graduate/ CA in Accounts/ Finance domain
■Job Responsibility
・Provide financial reports, Cash Flow analysis report, Monthly Report, Profit planning sheet,...etc and interpret financial information to Japanese MD, Japanese Director and Japanese HQ.
・Coordinates the preparation of the annual financial budget and multi-annual plans.
・Analyze and ntrepretation of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the budget.
・Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
・Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
・Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
・Responsible for tax declarations and statements.
・Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including.
・Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
・Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
・Coordinate and complete annual audits.
・Improve systems(SAP) and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Preferable Skills
- Experience at Japanese Manufacturing company Working experience in Green field company
- Flexible mind and good coordination ability with colleagues and customers
