General Job Description

•Providing effective, proactive and efficient administrative and operational assistance to the India team on an on-going basis.

•Coordinating the day to day procurement tasks and providing management information & reporting as required.

•Managing Appointments, Schedules, Business Travel, Meetings. Take Calls; Support Singapore Call Center and Medical Team.

•Managing the Administration Tasks of the Day to Day Office work related and unrelated to case management.

 

 

Responsibilities:

•To support the quality and efficiency of the work of the office and its team and provide admin help and support where needed.

•Responsible for maintenance of office equipment (copier, fax, shredder, etc.) and operating the repair/support services when necessary.

•Manage all Filing Duties.

•Ensure timely execution of admin tasks.

•Support in all Procurement duties.

•Support India Operations Manager in all projects

 

 

Skills required:

▪Highly fluent in Hindi & English - both spoken & written.

▪Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

▪Time management ability.

▪Initiative and keenness to learn.

▪Ability to work under pressure and plan strategically while coping with day-to-day problems.

▪Sound computer skills using MS Office Suite and Web based systems.

▪Service oriented.

▪Responsible and stable.

▪Loyal and Hard working.
