Position- Plant Head Support staff
Role-
They are looking for a person to support the Japanese Plant head. He cannot speak in English and that is why looking for Japanese speaker candidate. (N2 level and above). The person in this position can become the plant head in future.
Support the Japanese in making the plant operational and therefore managing day to day operation of the plant
Provide language support in meetings with clients and vendors
Requirement-
He should have good understanding of the manufacturing processes and managing operations. Experience in QC and plant management will be preferred.
Fluent in Japanese langauge. N2 clear and above or equivalent
Work days- Mon- Sat
Co. Business- Manufacture and sale of confectionery, manufacture and sale of persimmon seeds in India
