Position- Accounting Manager or Dy. Manager
Location - Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to identify areas for improvement.
Recommend adjustments to budgets and forecasts based on financial trends and business needs.
Internal Controls:
Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial processes to identify and mitigate risks.
Implement improvements to internal controls and accounting procedures as needed.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Evaluate financial performance, trends, and projections to assess business opportunities and risks
