Educational Qualification:
Basic Engineering (BE/ME, B.tech/M.tech) with a core as Automobile
MBA added advantage in Finance/cost background
Managerial role at least in middle management with high roles & responsibilities.
Understanding the overall objective of Purchase - short-term/ mid-term
Strategical thinking & B/S, P&L and Cash-flow importance of a company.
Development/ cost milestones/ impact on Material Cost
Basic Cost Accounting & Finance & Standard Costing
Thorough knowledge of MS Office & AI added advantage
Legal Compliances, Risk Management
Supplier Purchase agreement & management, EHS added advantage
