1	Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedule for machines, equipments, die, applicators
	and other items under the area of resposibility
2	Ensure availability of maintenance supplies, manpower and other items necessary in executing
	maintenance functions
3	Monitors efficient processing and delivery of required outputs and documentation of maintenance processes
	related to machines and equipment's
4	Monitors machine and equipment with frequent breakdown and analyze records for formulation and
	implementation of improvement actions.
5	Performs daily monitoring of key equipment's (air compressor, generator, cooling tower) and other
	equipment status
6	Perform daily monitoring of diesel inventory.
7	Response timely on the commitments during meetings ( morning meeting, productivity, quality and safety meeting
	,etc) and monitors to ensure completion of the commitments are being followed
8	Conducts safety audit and ensure that engineering controls for machine safety are in place and safety
	rules are applied in the performance of daily duties.
9	Strictly follow all company and departmental rules
10	Participate on GEMBA Kaizen activities
11	Review and monitor machine, applicator and die parts stock level
12	Responsible for technical training to new maintenance person and Engineer handling machines die and equipments
13	Responsible for the equipment, machine and die handed over to maintenance department
14	Responsible for handling no use, damaged or worn out machine, die and equipments with proper documentation.
15	Resposible to report any abnormality to the superior immediately as and when happened.
16	Responsible for assessment of maintenance personnel on the production line always
