Job Description:
- Should have good working exposure in critical care/ anesthesia/ Surgery/ emergency medicine / Neurology Market.
- Product specialist who will oversee support for monitoring products (Patient Monitor, Defibrillator, ECG.).
- Product, applications and clinical training to direct employees and distributors.
- Support marketing programs and participate in developing marketing strategies.
- Responsibility of all coordination and support activities for Workshops and exhibitions.
- Support sales team & distributors for pre-sales activities like explaining the product features, benefits, preparing sales material and configuration tools to sales teams & distributors.
- Imparting training to distributors sales team so that they can help in achieving sales target that we give to distributers.
- Demonstrating of products to customers (pre & post sale), at exhibitions,
- Responding to sale team & distributor inquiries on technical problems and providing prompt response and solutions.
- Responding for equipment downtime is minimized for maximum user satisfaction.
- Market intelligence, competition product comparison.
- Maintaining satisfactory after-sales relationships and development of long-term customer relationships.
- Maintaining high level of understanding and coordination among the team and cross function team
- Develop and maintain KOL in given territory.
- Gather the market Info about market & competitor’s activity (New solutions & products)
- Drive Tender Compliance and follow up with regional sales team to improve Govt win rate.
- Execute a structured Program for Updating Biomedical, technicians, IT teams in Hospitals.
- Participate in events and CMEs for promotion of products.
Key role & responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and Services. .
- Manage and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with modality Managers to market their products and services.
- Manage and participate in important clinical conferences.
- Responsible for internal training on new products features, technologies, and services; update on existing products
- Plan and execute periodical dealer training on new products, features, technologies, update on existing products.
- Update market, competitors’, information, and local customer idea
- Provides sales support (i.e., product presentation, demo activity, local adaptation/creation of selling tools)
- Conducts on-site demonstration of products to customers and distributors.
- Planning and Conducting On-site Product Trainings for Customers regularly
- Good presentation skills are essential requirement.
Skill specifications:
- Graduation with Biomedical Engineering/Biotechnology/B.tech in Instrumentation and Communication etc. having 8+ years of relevant experience.
