In-process QC: -
Conduct periodic patrolling inspection & first/last inspection in production process & analyze the result of measurement data and take an action accordingly. To maintain & improve the in-process Quality Activities.
Standard Room & Calibration:
Handle Measuring machines & Instruments Calibration & repair Activity for whole plant. To maintain and improve the measurement as per measuring method.
Outgoing Inspection:
: Conduct outgoing/ PDI inspection as per customer requirement. Also maintain the layout inspection & SPC & MSA activity, Customer audit.
Abnormality Part handling:
To handle and control the abnormal parts produced in production process.
Training:
Provide Training to their team members related to Quality.
Skills & Abilities
Must have 7 years + experience
Must have good communication skill
Candidate who can take self-initiative towards improvement activity
Can Build good relationships with suppliers
Can follow Horensou (Reporting, communication, and discussion)
