Roles & Responsibilities:
Finance & accounting:
- Budget formulation work (scheduling, compilation of all departments, preparation of documents, etc.), manage budget progress and report
- Annual CF assumption, long-term delinquency debt consolidation
- Monthly CF meetings (report to Japan HQ, working capital, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable)
- Introduction of variable income statement
HR& Admin:
- Formulation of annual policies and targets
- Strengthen the target management system and formulate salary increase promotion proposals
- Compilation of work consignment contracts for Expats from Japan
Legal:
- Litigation (ESIC, etc.) project progress management
- SEC90 (India Companies Act compliance) compliance
Logistics & Procurement:
- SVB registration application support
- Product registration support for GeM (e-commerce portal for government companies)
- Others
- Monthly meeting with Japan HQ
Required: Deep knowledge of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Working Experience of Final and Accounting.
Preferred: having experience in Finance industry/ Manufacturing industry
