Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Drawing Study & feasibility analysis.
• PFD, PFMEA & Control Plan Preparation.
• Designing the tools & Fixtures.
• Poka Yoke & Equipment Master List Preparation.
• Floor Plan, Periphery Layout Preparation & Optimization.
• Documentation Release.
• DAP With Suppliers.
• New Equipment Installation & Commissioning.
• Programming & Fixture tool Setting.
• Trail N1, N5, N50, C.T Prove Out & Pilot lot build.
• Process Capability Study
• Tool Life Prove out, Tool Cost Calculation
• Improvement Plan. Countermeasure Plan
• ICR Preparation, Process Trial and Validation, Before and After Comparison, Process Change Records
• Budget & New Equipment Planning.
• Process Trail and Validation
• Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.
• Having sound knowledge of HMC, VMC, machines specially in Makino & Fanuc controls.
• Having knowledge of robot programming , PLC
Relationship & Authority
• Frequent interaction with plant Employees, Prod., Purchase, Finance & Customer.
• Ensuring compliance to standards, change & deviation management.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course in mechanical / Tool Engineering.
• Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years in Aluminum or any Machining company.
• Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC will be the added advantages.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
Skill and Ability
• Proven work experience as a Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with different model.
• Good understanding of analysis tools.
• Ability to prepare all system related documents & release process.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
