Job Description:
To prepare Fixture & Jig design
To Prepare shop floor layout design
To plan to achieve target “0” customer PPM
To Ensure Rate of defects by planning rejection reduction action plan.
PFMEA Preparation, Review & timely update
Control plan Preparation, Review & timely update
Process condition sheet Preparation, Review & timely update
To maintain & achieve Process capability at time of Customer Events- Cpk ≥ 1.67, take counter measure in case of target not achieved.
To plan & execute counter measures for initial & day-to-day defects
To plan for cycle time reduction.
To plan for cost reduction items and plan achievement.
To ensure achieve of Equipment efficiency.
To Make person responsible & to update the timing plan every day for on-going assignments.
To ensure Kaizen and continual improvements implemented.
To plan for Monthly rejection reduction plan & follow up.
To plan & follow up for Spares, Jigs and fixture, Tools, storage bins requirement and Gauges calibration.
To prepare documents & represent for IQA, ISO/TS 16949/IATF, EMS 14001:2015,OH&S ISO 45001:2018 and customer Audits .
Time Study Analysis, PPAP, Knowledge in Design of Jigs & Fixtures.
