Responsibilities: -
Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with 1509001, IATF 16949 or other relevant records. To ensure that receiving parts inspection done as per Inspection standards.
Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to QMS policies and procedures. Prepare for and participate in external audits.
Maintain and manage quality documentation, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Provide training and support staff and line Operators on the QMS and Quality procedure.
Planning and Execution of supplier System Audit, Process Audit, SOC audit & Product audit.
Expert in New Project Development (NPD) as per IATF 16949:2015 standards.
Conduct APQP weekly review at each stage of the NPD process.
Develop & Maintain Quality plan for new projects, ensuring through documents such as Process Control Plan, PFD, PFMEA & Inspection Standard.
Coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule. This often involves working closely with project managers.
Participate in CFT team in the development of new product.
