Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operations & Maintenance: Hands-on experience with HPDC machines, CNC/VMC machines, and pressing machines.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Circuit Analysis: Analyze electrical and hydraulic circuits to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement Kaizen initiatives to drive process improvements and optimize machine performance.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, longevity, and minimize downtime.
