■Requirement
(Mandatory)
・Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the automotive industry, specializing in safety parts manufacturing for both 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles.
・Must be capable of traveling overseas as business trips to Thailand will be necessary.
(Preferable)
・Experience working in a Japanese company.
・Prior involvement in setting up a new manufacturing plant.
■Job Responsibility
1.Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
2.Conducting regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to identify defects or areas for improvement.
3.Establishing and maintaining quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality control efforts.
4.Providing training and guidance to staff members on quality control protocols and best practices.
5.Investigating customer complaints or product defects to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
6.Collaborating with other departments, such as production and engineering, to address quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
7.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
8.Managing a team of quality control inspectors and technicians, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
9.Communicating with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure the receipt of high-quality materials and components.
10.Participating in cross-functional teams and projects aimed at improving overall product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
11.Reporting directly to the Japanese MD, providing regular updates on quality control activities, issues, and performance metrics.
12.Serving as a liaison between the Indian and the Thailand subsidiary, facilitating communication and collaboration on quality-related matters.
