Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This role requires proficiency in drafting software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP drawings, including schematics, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Update and revise MEP drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress and address any design issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in the coordination of MEP installations on-site, ensuring accurate execution of designs.
Job Requirements:
2- 5 years experience in MEP drafting at construction sites for industrial projects.
- Proven experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in MEP drafting and design, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software.
