Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation, Identify and create new market opportunities to increase Business
Revenue and Profit.
 Build, Sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customers
 Well capable to interface with Clients (External) and BU Heads (Internal)
 Business Plan/Sales and Forecast Plan
 Accounts Receivables management
 Inventory Optimization through stock monitoring/customer orders etc.
 Lead, coordinate with technical teams and manage sales to ensure full client satisfaction
in both pre and post sales activities.
 Achieving Sales Target
 Knowledge of working on Cloud ERP
 Managing various monthly reports (Sales, inventory, AR, PL, BS etc.)
 Handling team size of 15-20 people PAN India.
 Responsible for increasing team capabilities and creating growth plans.
 
Educational Qualification: B. Tech. in Electronics & Communication from a Reputed Institute
MBA from reputed Institute
Years of Experience: 15-20 Years in Semiconductor Distribution Industry
