Conducting regular meetings with customers to gather insights and relay information to suppliers.
Coordination between suppliers and customers is essential to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Timely reporting to supervisors and management is also a key responsibility, alongside fostering strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Teamwork is vital in this role, particularly in addressing any defects in parts by responding swiftly and taking appropriate actions to meet customer expectations.
