1.Should have experience in manpower handling and co-ordinating with team members towards to achieve company goals.
2.Daily Production planning and scheduling of activities.
3.Hourly production monitoring in each line and react accordingly.
4.Maintain "ZERO" PPM by following and implementing Quality basics.
5.Should have hands experience in RM Purchase process.
6.Analysis for defects/Scrap, taking temporary & permanent countermeasures.
7.Conducting KAIZEN activities along with team members.
8.Should have experience of KANBAN handling in shop floor.
9.Good Knowledge in Preparing Work Instructions.
10.Scarp Rework reduction activities to reduce the cost.
11.Maintain 5'S in shop floor and sustain.
