Position Title: Product Manager
Working Location: Noida/Pune
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers and suppliers to gather marketing information on new opportunities within the product line to drive revenue and profit growth.
- Lead all team members in demand creation efforts.
- Understand supplier requirements and develop corresponding business plans.
- Build comprehensive business plans, develop sales forecasts, and provide periodic updates on key projects and growth drivers.
- Develop and foster strategic cooperation with various stakeholders at the supplier end.
- Capable of interfacing with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Information Systems (IS) teams for better inventory management.
- Optimize inventory through stock monitoring and alignment with customer orders in coordination with the sales team.
- Lead and coordinate with technical teams, providing necessary support from the product supplier application team.
- Achieve budget targets for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Extensive knowledge of both analog and digital products in the automotive or industrial segments.
- B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Deep understanding of semiconductors and related electrical components.
- Proven skills in managing sales backorders, inventory control, and sales forecasting.
- Experience in interacting with clients and partners from overseas markets.
