Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Vitthalapur Office

Responsibilities:
  • Managing complete life-cycle of multiple projects as a Project Manager.
  • Preparation of Master construction schedule and monthly construction schedule.
  • Prepare & Monitor Project plan schedules in MS project/excel including all civil, mechanical & electrical activities as well as resource allocation and cost estimations.
  • Evaluate & recommend appropriate building and construction materials.
  • Person will be actively involved in extensively in the area of planning, scheduling, estimating, construction of various civil works, Plan and review engineering activity, cost control etc. 
  • Interacting with Government, subcontractors, provide support on technical issues, and establish measure for process performance.
  • Co-ordination with Client, subcontractor, site staff & Other organization.
  • Make the solution program and solve the problem incurred in the project between clients, subcontractors etc
Qualification
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering / B. Tech (Civil)/M. Tech (Civil), B. E/M. E (Civil) from reputed Indian institution with 8+ years of experience in project management & construction business (industrial & Infrastructure preferred).
KEY SKILL: - 
  • Construction Management & Execution, Project Scheduling, Budgeting, Cost monitoring
  • Estimating/Quantity take off/having knowledge of BOQ/ accumulate and Pick up quantities.
  • Progress Tracking and monitoring - Project Co-ordination.
  • End to end Project Management, Factory/ plant construction experience is desired.
  • Person should be able to read and understand the drawing and design part.
  • Having knowledge of using CAD and BIM Software.
  • Understanding of Related Labour and Safety Laws.
