Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring company’s activities are performed within established standards and clearly
defined procedures.
Responsible for driving forward a positive culture of Health, Safety and Environment system in the
workplace.
Keeping people free from danger and ready to work at any time when there is danger.
Co-ordination with client HSE Department with issues/queries related to HSE.
Preparing Work Tender related HSE Documents.
Liaising with governmental bodies and regulating agencies. Implementing new standards and guidelines
issued by industry regulators, company management and various government bodies.
Investigating all injuries, accidents and near misses. Writing reports on all injuries and accidents. Rendering
first aid to employees and visitors in cases of injury or illness.
Analysing of SOP/BBS, Incidents, Audits and Prepare action plan for improvement, and capability to support
work execution to improve HSE culture.
Ensuring that the causes of an accident are ascertained and that adequate steps taken to prevent their reoccurrence.
Giving advice to colleagues on all issues related with Health, Safety and Environment. Responding to
employee’s safety concerns.
Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections, safety audits, Identifying potential HSE Hazards
and Implement Counter and Preventive measures.
Well versed with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.
Creating analytical reports of safety data. monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations
through the regular line of authority.
Preparing JSA's, Safety Plans, HIRA, WMS, CAPA, Developing risk mitigation strategies and other Site Specific
Activity Plans.
Developing emergency response plans, educate and arrange drills respective to different types of
emergencies. Maintaining accurate administrative records of any emergency drills carried out.
Making sure that PPE’s, machineries and site equipment’s safety compliances and standards are followed
in the workplace.
Identify and correct deficiencies in contractors for not complying with the minimum requirements and safe
practices.
Ensuring that dangerous chemicals and equipment are properly stored in compliance to Handling and
Storage Standards.
Arranging for the removal of hazardous waste materials. Establishing a system for waste disposal to ensure
a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace. Carrying out routine hygiene surveys.
Delivering a variety of training programs to workers, managers and employees within the company.
Enhanced quality of training through technologies such as VR, BIM.
Plan and organize safety events, safety committee meetings, induction trainings, workers screening tests,
Health Checks.
Preparing annual training calendar, safety costs and training materials on HSE trainings. Organizing Fire
prevention programs and Accident prevention programs.
Maintaining Good Ergonomics of workplace and bettering Health Issues related to bad ergonomics in
workplace
