  • Should have a experience minimum 2-3 years. in building Industrial Sheds with well versed in site Safety Execution, HSE Survey, Labour and subcontractor Handling.

  • Experience in dealing with Subcontracts is necessary. Should be able to deal with clients and complete the project with achievement of “Zero Accident” target.

  • Should have safety knowledge of Civil and MEP activities including Pile, Foundation, Sheeting, PEB and PC Erection, Heavy Lifting, Finishing, General understanding of related HSE Requirements. Able to maintain PTW System for danger activities.

  • Able to review and approve subcontractor and internal plans of onsite activities. Must be able to follow and ensure PDCA cycle.

  • Able to prepare Project HIRA, review and ensure each activity execution according to related HIRA.

  • Able to enforce preventative measures accordingly.

  • Identify and monitor hazardous situations, often including risk categorization and knowledge of minimize hazards and proactively reduce risk in the workplace.

  • Communicate and collaborate about safety and health throughout the workers, staff, and subcontractors at the site.

  • Able to Investigate incident or near-misses and lead root cause analysis. Maintain records, investigate, and follow-up/track incidents to determine the causes of accident.

  • Should be able to ensure and enforce safety standards and processes.

  • Must be able to develop and maintain site HSE Committee system.

  • Should have good communication skill for conduct HSE activities.

  • Create, maintain, and improve policies and systems related to safety—all designed to create a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Able to perform regular TBT, KYM, patrols, inspections, evaluations, and/or walk-throughs of the site and facilities as per regulations.

  • Organize and maintain site according to safety and compliance-related forms and regulations.

  • Must have knowledge of emergency preparedness and act accordingly in case of any emergency.

  • Develop and train around according to  ERP (emergency response plan).

  • Identify leading indicators and other metrics for the organization that can be used to support safety, safe practices, and employee engagement in general.

  • Should be able to initiate and organize HSE training of workers, subcontractors, employees and executives.

  • Ensure that the all site welfare facility provided for worker as per legislative rules and regulation.

  • Able to ensure and on-time fulfil maximum safety aspects from Head Officer requirement.

  • Prepared and maintaining EASI (Environment Aspect & Significant Impact) register for the organization. Ensure on site EMS (environment management system) implementation
