The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting company equipment at client sites. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective resolution of technical issues.
Location
• Guntur (Andhra Pradesh)
Key Responsibilities
• Install, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/technical issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and operational guidance for users.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for escalations and product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery. Required Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
• 0–3 years of experience in equipment servicing (fresher profiles may also be considered).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance processes.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Ability to travel frequently and work at client sites.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with industry-specific equipment (e.g., industrial refrigeration, cold storage).
• Understanding of safety protocols and standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
