Technical Requirement:
New Project Handling through all APQP phases
New Project documentation & PPAP Documentation as per IATF 16949 requirements like PFMEA, Control Plan, Kakotara Sheet etc.
New Product development as per process design, Process Improvement & Periodic/New Process Validations
PPAP Audits handling & Customer interaction for new products
Feasibility study of new RFQ
Industrial Engineering Activities such as Layout, Time and Work Studies, Line Balancing, Capacity planning etc.
Basic Knowledge of CNC Machining
