Drive cost-down initiatives and implement industrial engineering best practices
Monitor and optimize manpower resource planning for operational efficiency
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of various expense heads and their impact on manufacturing costs
Experience in cost reduction strategies and industrial engineering methodologies
Proficiency in budget analysis, financial reporting, and operational cost control
