EXPERIENCE:   5+ yrs. of experience
JOB Description:

1. Working knowledge on SAP (S&D Module).

2. Knowledge of SCM Demand Planning & Material Plannning & Forecast Management.

3. Direct Customer Handing experience specailly Automotive OEM  and Tier-1 & with respond to their day to day requirement & Grievances.

4. Sound knowledge of the customer delivery management in respect to their daily or Monthly requirement with timely Invoicing/Billing.

5. Coordinate and follow up closely the sales cycle to ensure the delivery deadlines are met, billing processes are completed.

6. Understanding of customer requirements, market trends and ability to plan distribution accordingly

7. Sound knowledge about the Import overseas Procurement & Logistics Management & Factory coordination.

8. Sound knowledge about the Inventory (FIFO) & Warehouse Material Management (Incoming & Outgoing) and Transporation and Distribution.

9. Ensure inventory is properly maintain, adequately stored, kept at optimal level and accounted for in the designated areas.

10. Liasoining with Sales Departement for supporting the Pomotional activity related to Supply chain.

11.Good negotiation skills with Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for ways to improve productivity and cut costs.

12. Order management & PO Creation & Vendor Invoice & Bill verification and proceesing.

13.Knowledge about relevant Taxation system & compilance requirement-Likes as Eway Bill & GST etc.

14. Pro Active, Self motivated, Hard Working, Dedicated & Go way attitude

15. Good in Communication & analytical & Decision Making Skills & Strategy formulation skills & Willingness to learn

16. Knowledge about the Monthly KPI reporting & SOP Procedure and Process mapping.

17. Prepare MIS and share relevant information with intra/ interdepartmental personnel on need basis.
