• Taking rates, follow -up & coordinate with Airlines and Shipping lines for rates & status.
• Coordinate with Customers for business & queries
• Update & share customer’s DSR
• Coordinate with operation team & custom broker for smooth execution of shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas office.
• Maintain the weekly query sheet .
• Should have basic knowledge of freight forwarding
• Good communication skills
• Can handle the time management & work pressure.
