Job Location: - CHENNAI

1. Should have good knowledge of peb errection sequence, qa, qc checklist

2. Should prepare method of statement independently-if required

3. Knowledge of building & construction life cycle

4. Knowledge to review and approving loading points/ levels and connection details

5. Excellent mathematical, it and analytical skills

6. To study tender requirements and list down and special conditions

7. Should be able to rectify cad drawings- if required

Job Details

1. Should prepare, estimate budget and use management skills to achieve profits

2. Once reviewed, issue dbr / design data/drawings to 3rd party designed for validation
   prepare sketches as and when required at execution stages

3. Complex problem-solving skills by value engineering at site level

4. Should execute sequence of errection end to end

5. To monitor the records of structural stability certification from principal consultant as well 3rd party

6. To update standard format for dbr as and when required

7. Knowledge & exp in eb and conventional steel structure design

8. Knowledge and exp in rcc structure design (preferred)

9. Knowledge of is/American code

10. Knowledge of stadd/ etabs/rcdc/AutoCAD/ revit/ bim(optional)

Desired Candidate

1. Knowledge of preparing dbr and able to provide value engineering to match clients expect

2. Knowledge of tracking changes and update to all stakeholders

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi

4. Visit sites as and when required

Qualification

1. Graduate civil engineer (specialization in structural engineering)

2. Membership with institute of engineers, master's degree in structural engineering

Work Experience (in years)

1. 10+ years of experience in structure related work-site execution peb
