As individual:
Smoothen the recruitment activity, keep the discipline regarding to HR/Admin scheme, catching up the information of regulation update and reflect it in HR Policy, promotion of HR/ Admin solution.

Planning strategy and proposing improvement regarding to HR/Admin, making smooth proceeding any other activities related to HR/Admin.

Directing, managing, bringing up and supporting HR/Admin members. Explaining, negotiati ng and cooperating with other sections and Directors, for achievement of HR/Admin activiti es . Negotiating with related parties and getting well support from them, for company pro fit.
