Position Title: Asst. Manager HR
Department: Head – HR & Admin
Working Location: Noida
Primary Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end payroll system and related compliances such as TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity etc. and coordinate with external payroll vendor for salary processing and payroll compliance.
• Manage Leaves and attendance system and align with payroll inputs.
• Responsible for managing employees’ investment proof, year-end submissions, Form-16 etc.
• Create awareness and manage all POSH activities and compliance of return filing.
• Manage all establishment compliances of branch locations as per state rules.
• Manage internal Compliance audits as per process.
• Maintain good relations with employees by understanding and addressing their grievances, or any other issues.
• Manage all HR data (Employee folders, MIS reports, Headcount report, attrition data etc.)
• Responsible for complete employee life cycle for new joinees (on-boarding, induction, confirmation, separation).
• Manage employee Group Mediclaim insurance and Group Personal accident insurance.
• Work closely with Accounts team for payroll processing, TDS return filing.
• Manage Employee engagement activities for celebrating certain events/festivals.
