Job Description :- Primary Responsibilities: -
• Handling of recruitment activities. Fill up the new positions.
• Run the entire annual PMS and prepare the required working increment letters as per the defined cycle.
• Complete handling of monthly payroll activities, Full & Final settlement working with 3rd party vendor
• Ensuring all payroll related compliances are taken completed on time.
• Support in external and internal audit
• Working on HR policies and make amendments as and when required.
• Compensation & benefits benchmarking
• Good understanding of working on ERP
• Audit of personal files
• Support in customer related compliances
