Experience: 8 to 12 Years in IVD Industry (Specially in Hematology) -Application
Application specialist – North & East :
  1. Application Knowledge: Excellent knowledge about five part and three-part technology, Application related issues, morphological and clinical knowledge about hematology parameters and interpolation.
  2. Documentation related knowledge: IQ, OQ & PQ documentation knowledge, Validation process in Chain of Labs and Hospitals.
  3. Trainings: Products training to team, customers, distributor 
  4. Hematology Product & Market Insight: Exceptionally good Knowledge & Understanding about IVD Hematology Products, Hematology Market Requirements, Competitor Awareness and Knowledge of the territory.
  5. Strong Customer/Laboratory Relationship: Well connected & strong relations with Pathologists, Diagnostic Centers & Hospitals of the region.
  6. Team Management & Mentoring Skills: Ability to manage, mentor & collaborate with sales team & Service Team with skills to teach and train them on various aspects of sales and Application.
  7. Sales Process & Protocol Management: Strong hold and understanding about Sales Process in Medical Equipment industry. Understand and able to create documents, reports, quotations, tenders & other necessary related documents required by the team and the customers.
  8. Excellent Customer Management: Skills, knowledge & understanding of customer Network, good relationship with KOLs and ability to convince and maintain relations with strict adherence to ethical norms of the company policies.
  9. Strong & Excellent data management skills in Excel: Instrument, Reagent, Reagent Rental data, distributor performance data, customer data, team performance data, sales numbers and cost and financial data related market information.
  10. Ability To Create Brand Value Creation with Key Accounts: Ability to build and maintain brand value with high-end Key Accounts like big hospitals, lab chains and other KOLs of the region.
  11. Target Planning & Achievement: Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Annual targets of instruments, reagents, reagent rental instruments.
  12. Overall Business Revenue Growth: Grow the business in terms of sales, branding, product positioning in given region in measurable terms which can be easily find and depicted through numbers and data.
  13. Product Support: Product Launch, Promotion & Entry into Bigger accounts, government departments & medical colleges, Product Validation Activities Management, and feedback for new product development (New Business Development Opportunities)
