Job Profile: Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
Job Location: Gurugram, HR
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisition, assessing manpower needs, preparing JD with concern to Department Heads.
- Handling recruitment process.
- Responsible for preparation/issuing of employment letters and ensuring the completion of joining formalities.
- Review & maintenance of Organization chart.
- Maintaining employee master data, personal file, records of employees.
- Monitoring attendance records, leave records, our duty records of employees.
- Timely preparation of salary.
- Designed & implemented induction and orientation programme.
- Preparation of Full & Final settlement.
- Formulation & Implementation of HR policy and other company policies.
- General Welfare & Pantry Management.
- Any other works as alloted by the Management.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in the required field. MBA - HR will be preferred.
