- Leading the creation of new business in Automotive parts (Supplier/customer development).
- Taking on a leadership role in significant new projects.
- Demonstrating basic management skills, including finance (Sales, Budget) and marketing.
- Managing import and export logistics with relevant knowledge with Indian custom trade.
- Ordering preparation for material sourcing.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain & customer satisfactions.
- Promoting potential partner’s products by addressing objectives to prospective customers.
- Work with diverse, multi culture teams/countries.
- Analyzing figures (Basic of Budget Management, Payable, Receivable, consolidating & interpreting data)
- Ability to work in fast pace & dynamic environment.
- Understanding marketing dynamics an business judgement rules and guidelines.
- Ability to review contract (purchase/Sales), ensuring adherence to law established rules and guidelines
Experience
- Sale & Purchase experience in Automotive industry.
- Ordering understanding with domestic and Import Supplier
- Demonstrating basic management skills, including finance and marketing.
- Managing import and export logistics with relevant knowledge.
- Possessing familiarity with Indian laws related to company establishment.
- In Automotive industry, Proven 6~8 years’ experience in business development.
- Good communication, presentation skills, Marketing knowledge & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in fast pace & dynamic environment.
- Education B. E/ B.Tech/ B.Com/ MBA/M.Com.
